Varyant Konaklari (the Varyant Mansions) is a project dedicated to saving historic mansions and the historic texture in Değirmendağı region in İzmir, and to transfer them to the future generations. This region is known as Varyant among the majority of the residents. Varyant Konaklari is a project in which the residents take initiative for preservation of historical heritage in İzmir. For this purpose we have restored two of our mansions and offered it to your service. Buyuk Konak ( the Great Mansion) and Dutlu Konak (and Mulberry Mansion)
We are proud to emphasize that a significant portion of the income “Variant Konakları” will be used to save other historic mansions in our region and to present them to the future generations.
